Stained Glass Association of America Conference - Raleigh
The SGAA hosted another outstanding conference, this year in Raleigh. This year's speakers shared specific and practical advice for running a stained glass business. This outreach and sharing is just one example of the outstanding leadership offered by the SGAA.

Stained Glass Enamels Intensive with Jim Berberich
Cameron joined Stained Glass Association of America members in a workshop with leading portrait artist Jim Berberich. The course focused on specialized techniques perfected by Jim in his work. Cameron's work for the class included the following pieces.

Traditional Glass Painting in the Munich Style with J. Kenneth Leap
Cameron joined glass painters from across the country in an in-depth exploration of painting in the Mayer of Munich Style. This workshop was led by renowned glass painter J. Kenneth Leap, at Bryn Athyn college in Pennsylvania.. The Munch style of glass painting was highly preferred in Europe and the U.S. from the late nineteenth century through the early twentieth century.
Work focused on Munich techniques for common painted elements like fabric, faces, hands and hair. Here are the pieces leaded into a window.

American Glass Guild Conference - Rochester, NY
The American Glass Guild conference was outstanding this year. The AGG board did a fantastic job bringing talent, energy, and excitement to the conference. If you're a glass artist, you should definitely check out the AGG.
